退換貨政策

損壞產品和品質問題

特殊情況/不可退貨的物品
某些類型的商品無法退貨,例如客製化產品(已進行鐳射刻字的商品)和個人護理商品。 我們也不接受危險物質、易燃液體或氣體的退貨。 如果您對特定商品有疑問或疑慮,請與我們聯絡。同時,我們不接受促銷商品或禮品卡的退貨。

更換貨品
當你經Whatsapp +852 95444869 申請換貨後,你可以帶回已購買產品到我們的指定地點進行更換尺寸或款式。我們可以更換相同價錢或金額更高的換貨服務。如需要更換成更便宜的商品,請直接進行退貨。請留意,同一訂單中我們僅可以進行一次換貨


退款
一旦我們收到並檢查了您的退貨,我們將通知您,並告知您退款是否獲得批准。 如果獲得批准,您將透過原始的付款方式自動退款。 請記住,您的銀行或信用卡公司也可能需要一些時間來處理和過帳退款。 請注意,信用卡交易費用不可退還。

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at +852 95444869. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address in Hong Kong. Please bring your package to the address within 30 days from your purchase. If you are not located in Hong Kong, We will provide you with a return shipping label. However, all shipping fee will be borne by you. You can always contact us for any return question at +852 95444869.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
After applying for an exchange through WhatsApp +852 95444869, you can bring the purchased item to our designated location to exchange it for a different size or style. We can exchange it for the same price or a higher amount. If you need to exchange it for a cheaper item, please proceed with a return.

Please note that we can only process one exchange per order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please noted that the transaction fees of credit card are non-refundable.
